Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers TrendForge Creator Pro subscriptions, billed through Creem (our Merchant of Record) in USD. Free tools are not paid and are not covered here.
Cancelling a subscription
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via Creem. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Because TrendForge is a digital service with instant access, fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable. If you cancel, you simply will not be charged again.
We review refund requests case-by-case. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days if you experienced a technical failure, were charged in error, or otherwise have a concern — we'll do our best to make it right. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
